The FriendCaller iPhone app proves that the original Java-based C2Call technology can be easily ported to other platforms. FriendCaller for iPhone turns the iPhone in a full-fledged WiFi VoIP phone. Since the iPhone OS does not support Java, a native client was developed with the same capabilities of sending universal instant Callme links that can be opened by any PC browser.
The Apple-approved FriendCaller iPhone app can be downloaded on iTunes and works with the original iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3Gs and iPod touch. FriendCaller Instant VoiP is supports the older OS2 iPhone devices and for OS 3 devices two versions are available: FriendCaller 3 Pro with and FriendCaller 3 without inApp purchase of call credit to call phone numbers.
